Each girl’s mother knows how to weave pigtails and make ponytails. When doing a hairstyle for her daughter, mother wants her hair to be decorated with beautiful hairpins, elastic bands, bows. You can independently make a beautiful elastic band for hair from viscose. This material is a bit like felt and is great for making soft toys, napkins, jewelry, and much more. Its rich color scheme and soft structure make it an ideal material for needlework.
Materials and tools:
viscose;
thread, needle;
compass;
plastic bottle cap;
cardboard;
strong fix glue;
scissors.
To decorate:
beads (white and golden);
narrow tape;
fabric flowers.

1. First, we make a circle from cardboard. To do this, draw a circle with a compass with a radius of 2.5 cm. Cut a circle. This is the basis - the fields of the future hat.

2. On viscose, we draw two compasses with compasses. The radius of the first is 3 cm, the second is 4.5 cm. If you cannot construct a circle using a compass, then you can cut out two circles of paper of a given size, and then circle on viscose.

3. Scissors cut two circles. On a larger circle, which will serve as the fields of the hat, apply a circle of cardboard. On a smaller circle we put the bottle cap - this is the future tulle. You can use the cap of any color and with any inscriptions. Through viscose, they will not be visible. The cover is better to take with rounded edges, then the fabric will lie more evenly.

4. We sew circles from viscose along the edge with a seam "forward thread". We retreat from the edge of about 0.3 - 0.5 cm. Having stitched the first circle to the end, we do not cut the thread. We insert the cardboard inside and tighten the fabric with a thread, fix it. We do the same with the second viscose circle, inserting the lid inside.

5. Next, on a larger cardboard circle, we impose a circle with a lid and connect these two parts. You can glue it, but you can flash it. It turned out a nice little hat.

6. Proceed to decorate the hats. First, around the tulle we stretch a narrow pink ribbon, glue the ends. We attach the tape so that its ends extend beyond the field of the hat.

7. Now we produce decorative elements. We attach golden beads to white fabric flowers. This is the middle of the flower. You can use the flowers ready-made by buying in a store or make them yourself.

8. Using glue we fix the flowers on the top of the hat. They fulfill not only the role of decoration, but also cover the place of gluing the pink ribbon.

9. On the side of the flowers in the hat fields we glue white and golden beads, arranging them in random order. You can alternate colors.

10. Since the hat will not only decorate the hair, but also support the hairstyle, we attach a rubber band for the hair from the back. We fix it in the middle of a larger circle. This can be done in two ways: sew with threads, glue with strong fixation glue.
