When you want to please your nearest and dearest with natural and delicious creamy ice cream, prepare it according to this recipe. Making homemade ice cream will take only a few minutes, the set of products is minimal, and the result will exceed all expectations!
Ingredients:
-3 liter can of homemade milk;
-90 grams of sugar;
- vanilla sugar;
-2 yolk.
Cooking Technology:
1) collect the tops (cream) from milk - 250 ml, boil, cool, refrigerate;
2) boil 250 ml of homemade milk, cool to room temperature;
3) beat the yolks with the cooked sugar and vanilla mixer;
4) while continuing to whip the yolks, add milk and whisk a little more;
5) put the yolk-milk mixture on a slow fire and bring to the formation of a bulb with constant stirring;
6) cool, refrigerate;
7) beat the cream with a mixer until the crests form;
8) add the yolk-milk mixture to the cream and beat well;
9) pour into molds and into the freezer overnight.
