In this review, the author shows the manufacturing process of a home-made three-roll machine for rolling strips and sheet metal.
The design is simple, but for the manufacture of some parts you will need a lathe.
First of all, the author cuts out two square-shaped plates. After marking with a crown, you need to drill a hole in the center of the workpiece, and then cut the groove with a grinder.
Then the author again makes a marking and drills two holes in both plates.

The main stages of work
On a lathe, two shafts must be machined. We insert the shafts into the holes in the square blanks, after having put the bearings on them.
The author puts on stars on the shafts. He pulls a piece of chain on the sprockets.
The next step is to make four more parts and drill holes in them.
Next, you need to grind the third shaft on the lathe to the same length as the first two. We install it, and proceed to the assembly of the machine.
