In this review, the author shows the manufacturing process of a home-made conductor, which is useful when welding profile pipes.

This tool simplifies the welding of the profile pipe, especially if you work independently. Make it completely easy.

For the manufacture of a conductor, it will be necessary to cut a piece of a profile pipe 40 * 25 mm long about 15-16 cm.

We make the markup and cut out a square "window" in the center of the workpiece. This can be done with both a grinder and a drill.

On the opposite side of the profile pipe, it is also necessary to cut a “window”.

The main stages of work

The next step is to drill two holes in the profile pipe. We weld ordinary nuts, into which we then screw the bolts.

For convenience, it is advisable to use wing bolts. If there are no factory bolts available, they can be made without any problems with your own hands.

In the finished conductor, insert profile pipes 30 * 20 mm, which need to be welded together.

First we make welds on both sides, and then remove the jig and weld the pipe completely.
