First of all, you need to drill a hole in a piece of plexiglass. The master does this on a drilling machine. If there is no drilling machine, you can use a drill.
The main stages of work
The next step will require a piece of plexiglass thicker, in the shape of a rectangular bar. It must be fastened to our first workpiece, having previously drilled a couple of holes with a drill.
Then, using a hand milling cutter in the workpiece, it will be necessary to select a groove in the form of a small arc.
The edges of the workpiece must be processed on a grinding machine to make them even and smooth, as well as get rid of sharp corners.
We fix the improvised emphasis to the manual milling cutter, after which we can proceed to the selection of straight grooves on wooden blanks.
