Working in the workshop and garage, you often have to disassemble and assemble various units, mechanisms and devices. And this is always a bunch of small details on the desktop that strive to fall to the floor.
In this review, the master proposes to solve this problem by manufacturing a mobile trolley. Moreover, the upper part of the trolley is made of a rubber mat with high sides.
Thus, small parts will not accidentally fall to the floor. Also, the trolley is completely mobile, which allows you to move it to the right place quickly and without any problems.
The main stages of work
First of all, it will be necessary to cut pieces of a building corner suitable in length. Then from them it will be necessary to weld two rectangular frames. Dimensions of frames - at your discretion.
At the next stage, the master cuts off four pieces of steel round pipe. It will be vertical racks. It is necessary to weld them at the corners of the frames.
Further, the author reinforces the racks with pieces of the corner, and then welds four rotary platforms with wheels. Just before welding, the wheels themselves must be removed.
After that, it will only be necessary to clean and paint the metal, and also screw plywood to the upper part of the cart, to which a rubber mat is then attached.
