And the first thing you need to saw six wooden blocks of the same size. The dimensions themselves are arbitrary. That is, it can be either a small puzzle or a large one.
The main stages of work
At the next stage, on each whetstone, the master makes marking with a pencil according to the template. You will also need a square to draw everything smoothly.
After that, in each wooden block, you will need to cut out the grooves. The author does this with a hacksaw, but it can also be done with a band saw. The bars must be sanded and coated with stain or mineral oil.
After that, the author proceeds directly to assembling the puzzle itself. All six bars must be connected to each other in a certain sequence.
