From a piece of plastic sewer pipe with a diameter of 110 mm, you can make yourself a useful homemade product for the home workshop - a compact portable organizer.
Despite its small size, it is possible to store many different tools and hardware in it. Moreover, the cost of this organizer is cheap.
The first thing we do is cut out two round blanks from plywood (these will be stubs). We insert them into the pipes at the ends, then drill holes and fasten with screws.
Next, you will need to use a grinder or a jigsaw to cut a rectangular hole in the center of the plastic pipe.
The main stages of work
At the next stage, the author drills four holes, inserts the bolts and fixes them with nuts. The result is the legs of the organizer. And after that, a cover is attached to two furniture hinges.
In the cover of the portable organizer, the master decided to make an additional place for storing various small things. To do this, he uses pieces of plywood, plastic trim, hinges and screws.
Then it remains only to screw the latch so that you can fix the lid in the closed position. In the upper part, the author drills two grooves to secure the handle. That's all the work.
