In a spacious house or large apartment, small animals do not feel comfortable if they do not have their own nook that only belongs to them. Let's make such a "corner".
To make a cool house for a small dog, we will use a fiberboard or chipboard. But first, we’ll make a drawing of the details for the future booth, and cut them out with a circular saw.
Next, we connect the walls together using glue and a stapler. Then it will be necessary to saw wooden blocks on the circular and form a roof from them. To do this, first make the basis of them along the perimeter of the upper edge.
After the roof frame has been made, we add a wall with a small hole for entry through which the animal will enter the booth.
The main stages of work
At the next stage, it is necessary to strengthen the lower base with wooden blocks the size of a thicker one. Make a drawing of the roof and cut out the details. We use an electric jigsaw and a circular saw. We collect the roof, not forgetting to glue the edges.
Next, you need wooden battens, which will need to sheathe the walls of the booth. We strengthen them around the edges with a stapler. We cover the roof with "tiles" made of leather or rag material. We will close the corners of the house with slats. We install an additional bottom of the booth, fasten it to the wooden blocks with screws.
At the last stage, paint the house, decorating it with an inscription with the name of our pet. After that, glue soft material on the protruding part of the bottom. Side "windows" and decorative details will give the booth an even more aesthetic and beautiful look. All of them must be firmly glued to the bottom or to the walls.
A plate for food and drink also does not hurt to fix. For this, wooden twigs are suitable. The result is an incredibly beautiful home for a small dog, which embodied a huge love for his pet!
