To combat insects and garden pests, you can make your own hands a very simple and effective "weapon", which is useful to everyone who has a summer cottage or a garden near the house.
To do this, you need a garden sprayer and a spray can with a gas burner. You will also need to find a piece of hollow tube.
A propane gas burner heats a home-made coil from a hollow tube, inside which passes a liquid solution of pesticides or other chemicals. When heated, the liquid turns into a cloud of fog. With this processing method, not only the flow rate of the working fluid is reduced, but also the productivity is increased.
In this case, the dispersion of the particles of the solution occurs more evenly. A cloud of fog can rise to a height of 3-4 meters and penetrates well into gardens, bushes, hedges, trees and other foliage.
The main stages of work
First of all, it is necessary to make a coil of 10-12 turns from a hollow tube, inside which a solution of pesticides or other garden "chemistry" will pass and heat. A small piece must be cut from the sprayer tube and put on a flat section of the hollow tube.
We insert the nozzle of a propane gas burner inside the coil, and fix the burner with the tube using metal clamps. Then connect the can of gas.
