With this simple home-made, you can securely fix the pipes to drill holes in them. Of the basic materials for this device you will need: square profile cuts, pieces of a steel plate, angle pieces, as well as an elongated nut and a bolt with a regular nut.
Stage 1
We make markings on a rectangular plate and drill four holes along the edges. After that, we drill a hole in the profile pipe 15x15 mm, and in this place we weld a regular nut. A steel corner must be welded to the perpendicular side of the profile by placing it on the edge. Next, a profile pipe 15x15 mm with a corner is welded to the plate - approximately in the middle.
Stage 2
Using a magnetic angle, you need to weld two pieces of 10x10 mm angle at an angle of 45 degrees to an elongated nut. Then their free ends are welded to a steel corner of 35x35 mm. A piece of a plate or strip is welded to the end of a profile pipe with dimensions of 10x10 mm - this workpiece is inserted into a 15x15 mm profile.
Stage 3
At the last stage, all structural elements must be well cleaned with angle grinders and spray-painted with spray paint.
You will also need to weld a piece of steel round timber and reinforcement to the clamping pin so that it is convenient to unscrew and twist it. The process of manufacturing a homemade device for fixing pipes, see the video on the site.
