Design Features
The basis of the entire structure is a metal frame welded from profile pipes. The lower part of this device is made in the form of a rigid square-shaped base to which two U-shaped parts from the profile are welded from above perpendicularly. And to them are attached movable handles on a hinge joint.
Inside the square frame on the shafts are ten reels with spring spokes, which are located in four rows. The movement of the "cart" occurs due to the rotation of elliptical drums, into which the fruits fall during the cleaning of the territory.
The principle of operation of the device
When hitting a nut or acorn under pressure from a mass of metal, the fruits fall between the spring spokes and then fall inside the drum. Thus, in a few round-trip approaches, you can completely clear the site of the crop that has fallen from the trees.
When the drums are filled to capacity, the "trolley" must be moved to a special platform with holes. Here acorns with nuts fall from the drums onto the oilcloth located under the platform itself. How this device works can be seen in the video on the site.
