In the process of manufacturing various metal structures, sometimes it is necessary to weld an angular connection from profile pipes of square cross section - so that the three segments are located at an angle of 90 degrees relative to each other. Making a corner joint from a square profile
First of all, the edges of two sections of profile pipes, which will be joined in the horizontal plane, need to be cut at an angle of 45 degrees on the miter saw. Then on the table we form a right angle from them, make a markup and make one more cut at the crosscut. After this, it remains only to properly fit the third square pipe.
To do this, again we join two segments of the profile with each other, we attach a third pipe to them, we make a marking and then we cut the lower edge at an angle of 45 degrees on both sides. The more precise the cuts are made, the less gaps will be obtained and the welding will be better, therefore it will be difficult to do without a miter saw here.
