Step-by-step progress
First of all, it is necessary to cut pieces of suitable length from a profile pipe of rectangular cross section, and then weld them together to form the English letter "Z". Between themselves, two zigzag legs of the chair are connected using jumpers (steel plates or round logs, in extreme cases - reinforcement).
All welding places must be cleaned with a grinder, and after that the fully assembled metal structure must be degreased and painted with black paint (this color will be in harmony with the wooden cover in bright colors).
From boards of hard wood (beech or oak) you need to cut a few wide blanks, process them on a machine, and then glue them with wood glue. Then the chair cover must be sanded and a small indentation should be made in the central part.
