How long does a vinyl film live on a body?

This material is priced much higher and is often sold in rolls, as it should be for professional use.
For example, for gluing a BMW X6 with a white mat, you will need to spend about 60,000 rubles only on vinyl (and the same amount for the work of the master).
It’s expensive to train at the company, it’s not practical to cover the body with budget analogs, but hunting is more than captivity, and a couple of years seems to be not a short time.
A step-by-step guide for self-pasting a car
1. We disassemble a well-washed car to the maximum (which will prevent gluing: moldings, mirrors, emblems and more).
2. Degrease the surface (budget material 100 rubles per 500 ml).
3. Apply the film and smooth from the center by removing air bubbles.
4. For the passage of complex surfaces, we use an industrial hairdryer; when heated, vinyl is more elastic.
5. Cut off the excess material with a sharp knife (clerical or scalpel), trying not to leave marks on the paintwork.
6. We carefully heat the pasted surface with a hairdryer so that the film takes the final shape of the body.
7. We collect the car.
