What is needed for this:
Coffee grinder
3 tbsp kaolin (white clay).
2 tbsp of sea salt.
1 tbsp milk powder.
Dried herbs:
Clove - 3-4 pcs.
Almond - half.
A pinch of cinnamon.
A teaspoon of chamomile, sage, plantain, thyme, birch buds, basil and arabian acacia, lemon essential oil.
The composition of herbs can be changed by adding or removing some of them, it all depends on what your health and beauty need.
White clay is an excellent sorbent, cleansing strengthens teeth without damaging tooth enamel and without destroying the beneficial microflora of the oral cavity.
Sea salt is a natural source of micro and macro elements, gently cleaning and disinfecting teeth and oral cavity.
Milk powder is useful for tooth decay, plaque, whitens teeth perfectly and gently.
Cloves are refreshing and disinfecting, fighting pain, caries, pulpitis perfectly.
Almond nut improves the condition of gums and teeth, refreshes, has bactericidal properties. Cinnamon is an excellent antiseptic, kills microbes, destroys bad breath. The remaining herbs are also disinfected, nourished, cleaned, relieve inflammation, bleach.
We start grinding in a coffee grinder all the components of our powder, of course, except milk.
After grinding, we sift the entire composition through a fine strainer, in order to obtain a delicate texture that does not injure tooth enamel.
You can use the powder by simply dipping a wet toothbrush into it, or you can add a couple of drops of lemon essential oil, a teaspoon of pharmacy glycerin or a few drops of hydrogen peroxide, bring the paste to consistency and use it like that using a pastry syringe or bag for storage.
Regular use of natural powder will prevent diseases of the teeth and oral cavity, whiten teeth and remove bad breath.
