Strudel is a confectionery filled with a roll. The fillings can be different, but, as a rule, these are fruits, cottage cheese and other sweet fillings. Roulade goes well with drinks such as coffee and tea.
I propose to cook a lazy strudel with apples. In general, baking is prepared from exhaust dough, which takes some time to cook. Instead of dough, you can safely use ready-made pita bread. It can be purchased in advance and used as needed. Lavash for many quick dishes is a godsend; with its help you can work wonders, prepare excellent desserts, as well as snacks.
To prepare the strudel, you must:
apples - 6 pcs.;
pita leaf - 1 pc.;
sugar to taste;
cinnamon - 1 tsp;
sesame seeds - 1 tsp;
vanillin;
butter - 50 g.
1. Rinse apples, peel and finely chop.

2. Add sugar to the apples to taste, add cinnamon and a pinch of vanillin. Thanks to this composition, the filling is not only tasty, but also sweet, as well as fragrant.

3. Butter should be placed in a bowl and melt in a water bath or low heat.

4. Lay the pita bread on the table and use a pastry brush to grease with a thin layer of melted butter. Due to this, when baking pita bread will turn out crispy.

5. Now lay out the filling evenly.

6. Roll tightly and place the seam down on the baking sheet so that the roll does not unfold.

7. Using a brush, grease the surface of the roll with the remaining butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

8. Put the strudel in the oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.

Serve it should be in a warm or cold form, cut into portions.

You can immediately divide the pita into parts and make small portioned rolls. The crust of the roll is thin and very crispy, somewhat reminiscent of puff pastry.
