In this review, the author shows how to make a do-it-yourself tool for cutting sheet metal. The base has holes for attaching to the table.
To make this device you will need a round of metal with a hole in the center, and the author also uses pieces of metal plates.
First of all, three blanks with a thickness of 10 mm will need to be cut from the round.
We grind their surface with the help of a grinder and a flap wheel (or it is possible on a conventional grinding machine).

Next, you will need to grind the edges on the nuts a little so that you can press them into the holes in the workpieces. Then weld.
The main stages of work
At the next stage, the author cuts out two plates from a piece of metal and drills holes in them. Then we attach to them one round billet.
From the remaining third workpiece, the master makes a gear wheel. We attach it to the plate, which will be located on top.
Next, from a piece of metal we cut out a rectangular plate - the base. On the edges we drill mounting holes. In the center we weld a plate with one roller.
The author welds the upper one to the bottom plate so that the rollers are opposite each other.
