Also, for the manufacture of this homemade product, pieces of sheet metal, a transition sleeve, a part of a plastic bottle are required. All these materials can be found without problems in the house and workshop.
The first step is to cut out a circle from sheet metal. In it, the author cuts a hole (in the center). Then you will need to weld the adapter sleeve, having previously drilled a hole of a suitable diameter.
The main stages of work
In the center of this disc, a home-made clamp is welded for mounting on a grinder. Then you will need to cut another circle with a large hole in the center. And around the circumference, the master welds a piece of strip.
Next, two round blanks (two sheet metal disks) will need to be joined together by welding. The result is a round box.
At the next stage, the author makes a cutting knife from a strip of metal, which will grind corn grains. Then you need to cut off a small disk and a piece of pipe. Workpieces are welded together with a metal mesh.
