In a home workshop or garage, clutter on the table is very often an integral part of the interior. No matter how you get out - on the table anyway after a while a “heap” of nuts, bolts, clamps and other little things will form.
The only way out of this situation is to make a capacious cabinet from plywood, which can be completely sacrificed for the storage of various small things. And thus it will turn out to slightly unload the desktop, freeing up free space on it.
Yes, you have to spend a little money on plywood, but the material itself is affordable, there will be no problem buying several sheets.
The first step is to cut the sheets, and then assemble the cabinet frame: base, top cover and side walls. The master pulls together all the workpieces with clamps and fixes with nails.
The main stages of work
Then you need to make internal compartments for drawers, as well as wooden rails (you can replace metal rails for furniture - this is what you like best). Then the wheels are attached.
At the next stage, the master makes the drawers themselves, which have as many as two compartments - this is very practical and allows you to place more small parts. Then it will be necessary to saw off a few more sheets of plywood, and make the upper shelves.
