Using a home-made mini-clamp made from scraps of a corner, it is very convenient to cut metal workpieces at different angles with a grinder that is mounted on a rack.

To make this design is very simple - any locksmith of the third category corrects this task. To work, you need three pieces of the corner, a piece of the plate, a stud with nuts and a thick washer.

First of all, in one of the sections of the corner it will be necessary to drill a hole with a diameter of 10 mm. Above the resulting hole, it is necessary to weld a nut with a diameter of 10 mm, into which the M10 pin will be screwed.

The main stages of work

In another segment of the corner, it will be necessary to make a longitudinal slot (in the middle of one of the shelves). Then we weld together two corners. Then we weld a third to them. The seams must be cleaned with a grinder.

In the center of the metal plate we drill a hole. Above it we weld a thick steel washer. Then we drill two holes (10 mm in diameter) in one of the corners. A couple more holes of the same diameter will need to be drilled in the plate.

We insert two steel round logs into the holes in the plate and scald. A nut is welded to the stud. Then it remains to find two springs of the right size, you can proceed to assembly.
