Moving heavy and oversized loads by hand is not convenient, and it’s not safe to spit your back once. But with the trolley, you can cope with such work alone. But since the options presented in stores are expensive, it is cheaper to make a two-wheeled cart with your own hands from improvised materials.
We will use medium-sized bearings as wheels. Pieces of pipe or steel round timber, plates and square bars will also be required. Since the trolley is made entirely of metal, it is highly durable and will last a long time. From the tool you will need a grinder with a cutting disc and a welding machine.
Progress: step-by-step manufacturing process
The first step is to cut off a piece of square that is suitable in size and weld to it three round rods (along the edges and in the middle), which should converge at one point in the upper part of the frame. Then bend in a vice or on a bending machine two strips of metal in the form of the letter "G" and weld them to the main structure.
We put on two steel bearings of a suitable diameter, placing them closer to the middle, and fix by welding. Then we weld the “driving axis” to the back of the plates. Please note that it is better to use bearings of medium sizes - this is the stability of the trolley when moving heavy loads will be much higher.
